End User License Agreement

Pickup Card has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post, upload, share, or transmit any content — including messages, player-card names, photos, videos, team names, or locations — that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or that promotes discrimination or harm against any person or group. You may not harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate other users.

By using the Service you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and that violating this policy may result in your content being removed and your account being suspended or terminated without notice.

• We filter submitted text for objectionable language and may reject or remove content that violates this Agreement.
• Every user can report objectionable content directly in the app.
• Every user can blockanother user. Blocking instantly hides that user's content from you and notifies us for review.
• We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours — removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and your conduct on the Service. You must have the rights to any content you share, and it must comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor content and to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
