Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickup Card. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You own your content.The player cards, photos, videos, messages, and other content you post (“Your Content”) remain yours.
• You grant us a license to run the Service. You give Pickup Card a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display Your Content to the teams you belong to, solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for what you post. You must have the rights to the content you share, and it must not violate these Terms or the law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate others.
• Post illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Rate or manipulate cards dishonestly, or interfere with other people's use of the Service.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

Pickup Card offers optional paid subscriptions. A free account can create 1 public team; Pro unlocks up to 5 teams and premium features, and Max removes the team cap entirely.

• Pro and Max are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple App Store account at the price shown at purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we do not process payments directly.

The Service relies on third parties including Apple (payments and distribution) and Google Firebase and the Google Gemini API (authentication, data storage, hosting, and the AI team-shuffle feature). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms, and their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings and lineups will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickup Card will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Pickup Card operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
