Season Prize Rules

Season prizes are offered by Pickup Card. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any season or prize.

You do not need a Pickup Card Pro subscription or any purchase to compete for or win a season prize. Free and Pro players are ranked the same way.

Anyone with a Pickup Card account in good standing who meets the age requirement in our Terms of Service. A player under 18 needs a parent or guardian to provide the shipping details for a physical prize. Accounts closed or restricted for breaking these rules or our Terms are not eligible.

A season follows the calendar quarter shown on the Ranks screen. When a season ends, we take a final snapshot of each board: worldwide, by country and by city, for each sport. Season prizes, where offered, apply to the all-positions board named on the Season prizes screen.

Winners are decided by skill, never by chance. There are no draws or raffles.

• Players are ranked by their card's overall rating at the end of the season. Only votes from teammates who played at least 3 completed games with the player in the previous 90 days count toward the Ranks rating.
• Each person appears once per board, represented by their best card in that sport.
• Ties are broken by the number of qualifying teammates who rated the player, then alphabetically by display name.
• The top three players on an eligible board win the prize for their place.

Prizes are non-cash: a framed print of the winner's player card and/or a period of Pickup Card Pro, as listed on the Season prizes screen for that season. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. A framed card is only shipped to countries we list on the claim form.

Before a prize is shipped or granted, we review the winner's season, including the games, results, stats and votes behind their rating. We may withhold a prize, disqualify a player and move the next eligible player up if we find manipulation, such as fake games, inflated stats, coordinated voting or multiple accounts. Our decision after review is final. You can ask us about a decision at support@pickupcard.app.

Winners claim prizes in the app before the claim deadline shown on the Season prizes screen. Unclaimed prizes lapse after the deadline. By claiming a framed card you agree that we may print your card, name and stats on it and show you as a winner on the season results screen.

For a physical prize we collect your name, phone number and shipping address, only to deliver it. We delete shipping details 90 days after delivery. See our Privacy Policy for more.

We may update these rules for future seasons. The rules in force when a season ends apply to that season's prizes.
